Waffle Potatoes And Corn On The Cob
Ingredients:
Beef Tenderloin
Red Potatoes
Corn on The Cob
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
Oregano
Basil
Olive Oil
Directions:
1) Season beef tenderloin with garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper to taste.
2) Roast the beef until an internal temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
3) Use a mandoline to slice the potatoes into waffle slices.
4) Use olive oil to coat a cookie sheet and arrange red potato slices on the cookie sheet.
5) Season the potato slices with garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and oregano to taste. Roast until crispy.
6) Enjoy!!
