Kristina's Kitchen: Honey Mustard Chicken Lettuce Tacos

 

 

Honey Mustard Chicken Lettuce Tacos:

Ingredients:

Chicken Tenders

Romaine Lettuce

Tomatoes

Yellow Mustard

Honey

Chili Powder

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

 

Directions:

1) Mix chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl. Add to taste.

2) Coat chicken tenders with mixture of seasonings. Bake chicken at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine equal amounts of honey and yellow mustard in a separate bowl.

3) In a strainer clean the romaine lettuce. Cut off the tip of the lettuce and arrange the leaves on a plate.

4) Cut tomatoes into slices.

5) Line the bottom of the romaine lettuce leaves with tomatoes. Add chicken next and top off with honey mustard sauce.

6) Enjoy!!
