Apple Sauce:
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 Apples
Cinnamon
Directions:
1. Wash and quarter apples. Remove all traces of the core.
2. Place in a 1 quart saucepan and add just enough water to cover the bottom of the pan.
3. Simmer in a covered pan until the apples are tender (approximately 10 minutes).
4. Press the apples through a strainer or whirl in a blender to make a puree. Garnish with cinnamon.
