I have been working with my obstacle course racing coach since April of 2018, and he posts my training on an app, which is connected to strava. Strava is an app that keeps track of the phyical activity that I do, which includes running and strength training. I recently received my summary how many miles, hours, and days that I was active this year. 

 

Strava Summary

 

Physical activity is very important, because it can help to prevent diseases. Also, with proper nutrition, intense activity can be fueled. Physical activity can benefit people of all ages, and physical abilities, as long as there are no severe limitations. Going for a walk, or taking the stairs are some examples of how to stay active. It is also beneficial to do a variety of cardio and strength exercises in order to maintain muscle mass and ensure heart and lung health.
