Cranberry Sauce:

Ingredients:

3 cups of cranberries

2 oranges

1/3 cup honey

½ teaspoon of cinnamon

¼ teaspoon of nutmeg

 

Directions:

 

Peel orange, remove white rind, and chop into ½” pieces.

Add cranberries, orange pieces, honey, water and spices to saucepan.

Bring to boil.

Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring every now and then

Remove from heat and pour into bowl. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
